Is there really a free tier?

What counts as an event?
Each agent call traced + each guardrail check is one event. A typical small agent generates 50-200 events/day.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Change tier from your dashboard with no contract lock-in. Pro-rated billing.
Do you store my agent's prompts and responses?
Yes — required for audit trails and EU AI Act Article 12 compliance. Storage is encrypted at rest, isolated per API key, never used to train models. Paid tiers analyze in-memory; only risk classification is persisted separately.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We never block your agents. You'll get a notification, and overages are billed at $0.005/event (Starter) or $0.002/event (Pro). Hard caps available on Enterprise.
Do you offer self-hosted / on-prem?
